The biggest draws for the <a href=\"http:\/\/stanthonysseminary.org\/category\/bazar\/\">St. Anthony&#8217;s Bazaar<\/a> are the homemade <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.littlediner.com\/menu\">gorditas<\/a><\/em> and the evening concerts, but there&#8217;s plenty going on in every corner of the sprawling estate <a href=\"http:\/\/stanthonysseminary.org\/2010\/new-home-in-el-paso\/\">built by prominent businessman\u00a0James G. McNary<\/a> in 1917.<\/p>\n<p>My family has always loved playing <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Loter%C3%ADa_(board_game)\">Loteria<\/a> &#8211; a sort of Mexican bingo where you mark your cards with beans. Winners get to choose prizes from a table full of yard sale knick-knacks.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, I tried to capture some of the fun and unique moments of the event using my iPhone 4s. \u00a0Too bad I forgot you shouldn&#8217;t\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.maclife.com\/article\/gallery\/10_tips_shooting_better_video_your_iphone#slide-0\">shoot video with the iPhone<\/a>\u00a0in portrait mode because it puts the image in the middle of a skinny panel. However, it made for a good opportunity to experiment with some cool editing and filtering techniques. I particularly liked it for the split-screen shots. Watch for it after Loteria segment.
